- Competition entry is strictly over 18’s
- The promoter is Londis Ireland
- Londis Ireland is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for promotion management. Prize will be fulfilled by Londis Ireland
- The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or older excluding employees of Londis Ireland, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
- No purchase is necessary.
- To enter the competition, you must suggest a name for the Londis Elf
- The entrant entering the promotion must be the owner of the Facebook account used.
- Only comments left under the competition post will be accepted as an entry. Comments left under the competition Terms & Conditions note will not be accepted as an entry.
- The winner will be determined at random from all correct entries on Facebook.
- No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of prizes. The prize will consist of €50 One4All vouchers. There is one prize to be won.
- Londis will select & contact winner. Londis will not share winner details including postal addresses & Eircode with any third party.
- Prizes may take up to 30 working days to arrive.
- The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for no other purpose. Once all parties are satisfied that you have received your prize, your contact details will be removed from all databases. The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable. - The Londis Ireland competition will begin on 27/11/2024 and will close at 01.59am on the 03/12/2024. No Exceptions
- Winner will be contacted and chosen before the 4th December 2024. Londis Ireland will contact the winner via Facebook direct message.
- In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours to winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from entries.
- Winners must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by the Promoter in connection with the Promotion without any further consent or payment.
