The Ingredients300g Smoked Mackerel1 x small lemon280g creme fraiche/ mascarpone cheeseGround pepperTo serve with Sourdough Bread The MethodSTEP 1Remove the skin off the mackerel. Put the cheese or creme fraiche into the blender/processor and add in desired amount of lemon juice.STEP 2Flake the fish into pieces with hands, add into blender and season with pepperSTEP 3Blitz for a few seconds, check for desired texture, blitz again if needed.STEP 4Spoon into dish or individual ramekins.STEP 5Chill for a few hours or overnight.Serve with toasted sourdough bread.
